Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC Michigan license or LMFT
• LCSW not considered at this time
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• New grads accepted
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation is fee for service (FFS) $20,192 - $24,231 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
