About the role

And Still We Rise, LLC is a group mental health practice based in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. We are seeking full-time provisionally licensed psychotherapists to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize from an intersectional perspective
• Utilize culturally informed interventions
• Work with women, BIPoC, queer, and trans communities
• Have an interest in working with specific populations or developing a niche (e.g., couples, trauma, EMDR, family)
• Work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to personal growth

• Base + Bonus Structure: $56,000 - $125,000 depending on licensure and caseload
