About the role

PCHC invites you to join one of the most inventive Federally Qualified Health Centers in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis. Comfort working with pediatric patient populations. Experience in using trauma-informed care models.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assessments and counseling for all age groups

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience in using trauma-informed care models
  • Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis
  • Comfort working with pediatric patient populations

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Current license to practice as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
  • Experience in trauma-informed care models
  • Experience working with pediatric populations

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Experience with trauma-informed care
