About the role
- Full-time Monday - Friday schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Pay
Estimated compensation range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually with no cap on productivity income. Base salary plus productivity, W2 position.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as LPC or LMFT (LCSW not considered at this time)
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- All experience levels as a psychotherapist welcome to apply
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
