Psychotherapist

About the role

This position involves providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting with a schedule from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, offering a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess clients for clinic admission.
• Utilize evidence-based diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Manage a caseload of 70 patients with up to 12 sessions daily.
• Establish treatment goals within an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in crisis response and case conferences.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• LMSW/LCSW required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in an Article 31 or similar outpatient clinic required.
• Minimum two years of experience in psychotherapy.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings.
• Experience with substance use, mental illness, or chronic health conditions.
• Experience with late adolescents, adults, and families preferred.
• Group therapy facilitation experience desired.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• LMSW/LCSW required.

Pay

$65,000-$72,000 Per Year

Schedule

Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday being 09:00am-03:00pm, and Two Days Out of the Week Being 09:00am-06:00pm)
