Role And Responsibilities Provides outpatient psychotherapy services to patients and their families, managing an independent caseload of diverse behavioral health issues and psychiatric disorders. Utilizes evidence-based assessments and interventions as part of an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications And Skills Requires a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with at least two years of supervised mental health therapy experience including diagnostic assessment, individual, group, and family therapy. Must hold an active MN license (LP, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, or LICSW). Basic computer skills and knowledge of age-specific developmental issues are preferred. Availability to work one evening weekly is required. Additional Details This position is exempt, full-time, and offers a salary range of $80,516.80 to $120,827.20 annually.
