Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Wisconsin licensure
- Clinical supervision hours completed
- BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Experience in integrated or collaborative care settings
- Certification or specialized training in areas such as trauma, substance use, grief, or related specialties
- Experience with program development, quality improvement, or community partnerships

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive care
- Complete assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual, family, couple, and group therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with medical providers, schools, and community partners
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed
- Develop and maintain referral and community resource networks
