Psychometry Intern - Fall 2026 Internship (Psychological Consultation Center)

About the role

Gain valuable, real-world experience in psychological assessment and consultation at the Pine Rest Psychological Consultation Center (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychological assessments for clients suspected of having ADHD or ASD.
• Observe Psychologists in clinical consultations and assessments.
• Participate in individualized supervision and hands-on training.

Requirements

• Undergraduate psychology student with Junior or Senior class standing.
• Completed Introductory Psychology Courses.
• Completed Upper-Level Courses: Abnormal Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Statistics, and Research Methods.
• Preferred coursework includes Psychological Testing, Psychological Consultation, and Personality.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in pursuing graduate studies or careers in psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

This is an unpaid internship.

Schedule

Interns must complete 12 hours per week, which can be scheduled as:

• One full-day (8-hour) shift plus one half-day (4-hour) shift per week.
• Three half-day (4-hour) shifts per week.

All shifts are scheduled Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (no evening or weekend hours).
