Psychometric Raters

About the role

K2 Medical Research is seeking mission-driven individuals to join our team as Psychometric Raters. This position supports clinical trials investigating pharmaceutical treatments for conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Depression, Anxiety, and Parkinson’s Disease.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret quantitative and qualitative tests as part of a clinical team.
• Maintain consistency in the performance of ratings over time for individual subjects.
• Communicate and interact with Investigators, clinic staff, sponsors, and others to perform required testing and research activities.
• Ensure subject safety by assessing and responding to potential risks.
• Facilitate communication with subjects, study staff, referral sources, sponsors, monitors, auditors, and central rating organizations.
• Supervise study lead duties over 4 studies, including coordinating with 2 coordinators.
• Complete protocol-specific scales and evaluate results to determine eligibility.
• Support the mission and goals of the company by demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum BS and/or BA in Psychology required.
• Certified Psychometrist recommended.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of psychometric and/or clinical research experience.
• Experience with cognitive assessments in adults and geriatric populations.
• Bilingual [English/Spanish] (strongly preferred).
