Psychology Specialist | Remote

Contribute to research-grade benchmarks used to evaluate advanced language models by solving, reviewing, and validating complex problems in applied psychology.

About the role

Work asynchronously with a fully remote, flexible schedule as an independent contractor. This role involves producing fully human-verified reference solutions for frontier reasoning in psychology. Opportunities for project extensions may be available.

Responsibilities

• Solve, review, and validate complex psychology problems across multiple specialized subfields.
• Contribute to research-grade benchmarks for evaluating advanced language models.
• Express complex psychological concepts clearly and concisely in written English.

Requirements

• PhD, PsyD, or doctoral candidate in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific subdomain.
• Strong command of graduate-level psychological theory, research methodology, and empirical literature.
• Clinical licensure or research publications in psychology is a strong plus.
• Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly.

Pay

$50–$63 per hour, with weekly payouts via Stripe or Wise.

Schedule

Typical commitment of ~10 hours per week over an 8–10 week project window, with flexibility for 10–40 hours per week.
