About the role
Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking passionate and energetic doctoral-level (Ph.D or Psy.D) psychologists to join their dedicated team. CHA has been delivering compassionate care to a diverse patient population across established network of ambulatory clinics, an urgent care site, and two full-service hospitals in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston's Metro-North communities for over 20 years.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cutting-edge, evidence-based practices in population-based behavioral health
- Contribute to the research, development, and implementation of innovative behavioral health solutions
- Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Psychology
- Current license to practice psychology in Massachusetts
- Experience in child/adolescent outpatient settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The full-time salary range is $111,000-$140,000, pro-rated for part-time positions, and based on years of experience and specific role.
