About the role
Gain hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a valuable skill in psychology and education. Work directly with children ages 2–6, helping them learn, grow, and thrive. Build clinical skills and professional experience that enhance your resume or graduate school applications. Learn from a supportive team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and experienced RBTs.
Responsibilities
- Teach life skills: potty training, self-help, play, social skills, and communication
- Encourage confidence and independence in children
- Support families with positivity and guidance
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress
- Implement ABA therapy under supervision
Requirements
- Psychology students, recent graduates, or those interested in the psychology field
- A high school diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
- A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
- RBT certification OR willingness to train and earn it (we cover the cost!)
