Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Active clinical licensure in the State of Kansas
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
Skills
- Provide clinical supervision to dependent licensees
- Review and approve supervisee documentation in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
- Have an interest in ADHD assessment and/or psychological testing
- Seeing the type of clients you want to see—when you want to see them
- Conducting psychological assessments as appropriate
- Assisting dependent licensees with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team to help fill gaps in our community
- Attending and participating in clinical trainings
- Responding to communications from the Clinical Director in a professional and timely manner
- Completing and submitting documentation in a timely fashion (within 48 hours)
