Position Introduction
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychological Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services within a collaborative, patient-centered pediatric setting. This role is integral to supporting the emotional, developmental, and behavioral well-being of children and adolescents while partnering closely with families and interdisciplinary care teams. The Psychological Clinician will conduct assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual and/or group therapy for pediatric patients presenting with a wide range of psychological and developmental concerns. This position also involves collaborating with physicians, social workers, educators, and community partners to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Required Education and Experience
- Ph.D. in Psychology or a Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work (MSW)
- No experience is required with the Ph.D.
- 48 months professional-level experience is required with the Master's Degree
Required Certifications And Licenses
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hire date if not already licensed
