Psychiatry Physician

About the role

Provide outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry services, including medication management and psychiatric evaluations.

Conduct approximately 6–7 clinical hours daily, managing 15-minute medication visits and 60-minute evaluations, with 1–7 new consults per day and follow-ups as needed.

Responsibilities

• Offer psychiatric consultations for medically complex patients
• Perform medication management
• Ensure quality patient care in an outpatient setting

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active New Jersey medical license
• Experience with electronic medical records (Epic)

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle diverse psychiatric cases
