Psychiatry Physician

Role Overview: Seeking part-time Psychiatry Medical Directors for multiple locations, primarily overseeing treatment teams, signing off on records, and providing supervision. Responsibilities Attend on-site 1-2 times per month to oversee detox, residential, PHP, and IOP services.Supervise clinical staff, including residents and midlevels, ensuring quality care.Participate in treatment team meetings and provide clinical guidance.Perform inpatient rounds and consult at psychiatric facilities, especially on weekends in Palm Beach. Qualifications & Skills Board-certified psychiatrist with relevant licensure.Experience in detox, residential, PHP, IOP, or inpatient settings preferred.Strong leadership, supervision, and clinical skills.Ability to commit to scheduled site visits and weekend duties. Compensation & Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month, with a monthly stipend of $5,000 for site visits and up to $1,500 per day for weekend inpatient coverage in Palm Beach.
