Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage medication regimens and provide psychotherapy for adult and child/adolescent populations.
• Participate in peer supervision and case conferences.
• Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

• Full licensure in one or more US states.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Psychiatry.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy for child and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Completed a residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Pay

Annual Income Potential: $308k-$370k, compensation model based on productivity.
