About the role

The Lilac Center is expanding and seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join their growing outpatient behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking flexible remote scheduling with optional hybrid opportunities, a strong referral pipeline and established patient demand, collaborative multidisciplinary support, administrative assistance allowing you to focus on patient care, and opportunities to work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medication management as needed
• Participate in case conferences and peer reviews
• Conduct research and contribute to the development of new treatment protocols

Requirements

• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Current Medical License in Kansas or Missouri
• At least 3 years of post-residency experience

Pay

Estimated Earning Potential: $210 - $270 per Clinical Session
