About the role

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks a part-time Attending Psychiatrist for their Montefiore-Wakefield child psychiatry clinic. The ideal candidate will provide clinical treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in medical student training, and contribute to a supportive and diverse department.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment in a child psychiatry clinic setting
• Participate in the training of 3rd year medical students
• Mentorship and research opportunities available
• Opportunity to participate in faculty practice and optional evening and weekend coverage of Bronx hospitals
• Competitive salary range of $112,500-130,000 with potential for additional income through evening call responsibilities and productivity incentives

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Certified in Child Psychiatry

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology or related field

• Experience with child psychiatry
