Psychiatrist (Outpatient)

LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatrists in Lexington, Frankfort, and Georgetown who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role offers flexible schedules, full‑time or part‑time options, 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends, and the ability to provide care via telemedicine or in‑person.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management
• Deliver psychotherapy
• Work with children & adolescents or across the lifespan

Requirements

• Fully licensed to practice psychiatry in the state of Kentucky
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s)

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy
• Experience working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan

Pay

• Top compensation can exceed $330,000 – $375,000 per year (no cap)
• Compensation model based on productivity
• Sign‑on bonus
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑level clinicians (optional)
