About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our growing team serving Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom.
- Hybrid schedule with a flexible mix of in-person and telepsychiatry appointments
- 100% outpatient model
- Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends

Pay
Base salary starting at $300,000+ (Final compensation depends on reimbursement structure, experience, and production model).

Responsibilities
- Medication management and interventional psychiatric treatment, including TMS, Spravato®, and ketamine therapy
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related disorders
- Collaborate with therapists, APPs, and primary care providers on integrated treatment plans
- Utilize EHR and clinical technology platforms as part of daily patient care
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active DEA license
- Fully licensed in the State of California
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in or experience with Spravato® and IV ketamine treatment modalities
- Interest in or experience with TMS and interventional psychiatry
- Experience with outpatient and telepsychiatry care models
Clinicians without prior ketamine or TMS experience will receive training and support, though openness to these treatment modalities is strongly preferred.
