Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations for adult patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medications, including prescriptive authority.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 16-20 patients daily.
• Work 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling to support ongoing outpatient care.
