Psychiatrist - Locum Tenens

About the role

This role involves providing inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care for adult patients, including ECT services, in a facility that follows established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care
• Administer and monitor electroconvulsive therapy
• Engage in clinical coverage on-site for adult patients
• Participate in occasional call coverage (structure negotiable)

Qualifications

• Board certification is mandatory
• Prescriptive authority required
• Experience with adult psychiatric assessments and ECT
• Ability to work independently in inpatient and outpatient settings

Schedule

The clinician will work primarily during day shifts, with potential weekend shifts, offering flexible call coverage (negotiable).
