Psychiatrist - Japan - DHA Contract
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
We need to decide which sections to include.
Content:
- About Valor Healthcare (description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Valor Healthcare" is about company. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings.
We have:
- About Valor Healthcare: description of company, mission, culture. Could be placed under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" includes description of role and organization. We'll put that.
- Location: Services will be on-site in one of the following locations: Yokosuka, Japan or Iwakuni, Japan or Sasebo, Japan. Relocation option available. This is location info; not a specified heading. Could be part of About the role or maybe we could create a "Location" heading but not in allowed list. Since only allowed headings are those, we should not create extra headings. So we can embed location in About the role paragraph.
- Position Summary: Psychiatrist will provide care to military members at DHA. That's role summary; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Probably Responsibilities.
- Core Duties: a long list of duties. That's Responsibilities.
- Requirements: list of requirements (residency, board cert, experience, license, etc.) That's Requirements.
- Qualifications? Might overlap with Requirements. The posting includes "Requirements" and also maybe "Qualifications" not separate. We could treat Requirements as both. But we need to decide if we need Qualifications section separate. Since we have Requirements content, we can put that under Requirements heading. Qualifications maybe not needed.
- Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not specific. We should not create Skills section if no specific content.
- Benefits: Not mentioned besides relocation option. No explicit benefits like health insurance, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is real specific content. Relocation option is a benefit but not detailed. Might be considered a benefit but it's vague. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. "Relocation option available" is specific enough? It's a benefit. Could include under Benefits heading with that detail. However we need to see if we should create Benefits section. The posting mentions "Relocation option available." That's a specific benefit. So we can include Benefits section with that.
- Pay: Salary Description $200,000 - $275,000 annually DOE. That's specific. So we need Pay section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned (full-time). Could infer full-time but not explicit schedule details. The posting says "Full-time Description". That indicates full-time but not schedule details like shift. Might be considered schedule info but it's vague. The instruction says never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It states "Full-time". That's a schedule type. Could be considered schedule. Might be okay to include Schedule section with "Full-time". However it's not detailed like hours. But it's still schedule info. I'd include Schedule section with "Full-time".
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, AI use notice, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, requirements, location, salary, relocation option, full-time, etc.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Psychiatrist. Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll structure:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, AI use notice, etc. We removed those. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Check that we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we didn't include any duplicated lines. Looks fine. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company description, location, relocation, position summary (we included in responsibilities? Actually we didn't explicitly include position summary sentence "The Psychiatrist will provide care to military members at the Defense Health Agency (DHA). DHA is a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency...". That is substantive. We omitted it. We need to include that somewhere. Could add to Responsibilities or About the role. Probably better to add as a responsibility item. Let's add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Provide care to military members at the Defense Health Agency (DHA), a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime. The DHA uses the principles of Ready Reliable Care to advance high reliability practices across the Military Health System by improving system operations, driving innovative solutions, and cultivating a culture of safety." We need to preserve that exactly. Let's add as a bullet. Also we need to include "Position Summary" maybe as part of About the role? But we can incorporate. Let's adjust. Add bullet after first bullet maybe. Also we need to include "The Psychiatrist shall comply with the HIPAA..." we already have. Also "Providers shall obtain/maintain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) ..." we have. Also "Perform timely, accurate, and concise documentation of patient care." we have. Also "Maintain documentation of all treatment provided ..." we have. Also "All records and reports must be legible. Abbreviations must be only those listed in local instructions." we have. Also "Provide On-Call services as required, including returning phone calls within 15 minutes of notification." we have. Also "Provide Call-Back services as required, including being able to render services within one hour of notification." we have. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any duty: "Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities." we have. "Participate in the implementation of the Family Advocacy Program as directed by government supervisor." we have. "Attend and/or comply with all annual training classes required by the Command/Government Supervisor." we have. "Actively participate in the command’s Performance Improvement Program." we have. "Participate in meetings to review and evaluate the care provided to patients, identify opportunities to improve the care delivered, and recommend corrective action when problems exist." we have. "Perform efficiently in emergency patient situations following established protocols, remaining calm, informing appropriate persons, and documenting events." we have. "Anticipate potential problems/emergencies and make appropriate interventions." we have. "Comply with the standards of The Joint Commission, applicable provisions of law, and the rules and regulations of any and all governmental authorities pertaining to licensure and regulation of health care personnel and medical treatment facilities, the
