Role And Responsibilities The psychiatrist will provide clinical care to adults within an integrated behavioral health team, utilizing models such as Collaborative Care. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated care delivery models, participating in research and quality improvement projects, and delivering face-to-face, telemedicine, and indirect care services. The role also involves engaging in educational activities, including training residency and fellowship programs, and contributing to collaborative research efforts across the division and department. Opportunities for departmental research time are available within the first three years.
