About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to support decision-making, developing reports, and providing insights to improve hospital operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Developing and maintaining databases and reporting systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements include:

• A Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
