Psychiatrist

What You Will Do

• Provide medical supervision to nursing staff
• Staff training
• Psychotherapeutic treatment to PACT clients
• Supportive therapy
• Crisis evaluations
• Consultation to families
• Some administrative responsibilities
• Outreach services provided in clients’ homes or other community locations as needed

Who You Are

• M.D. Board certified or Board eligible in psychiatry
• Licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts
• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness required
• Knowledge of PACT model preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Valid driver’s license required
