Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental healthcare to patients in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills
• Contribute to the growth and success of the clinical team

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA license

Qualifications

• Experience in adult and/or child psychiatry
• Passionate about providing compassionate and effective patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Excellent clinical skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

Pay

• Compensation Range: $316,000 - $407,000, compensation model based on productivity

• 100% outpatient work
• No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends
