• Provide medication management
• Conduct therapy sessions

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Rhode Island
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration

• Experience in both medication management and therapy

Pay

• Generous above‑market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign‑on bonus
• Cash productivity bonus
• Compensation range: $288,000 – $435,000
• Compensation model based on productivity
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional)
