For our client, we are seeking a Psychiatrist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location

Bedford, IN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$212,300 – $318,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care per clinical consensus
• Manage clinical data to enhance patient care and communication
• Problem-solve clinical and organizational issues collaboratively
• Lead the management of psychiatric emergencies
• Respond to patient and staff inquiries in a timely manner
• Attend required medical staff and clinical meetings
• Meet productivity expectations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• MD Degree required
• Relevant experience in psychiatry
• Medical licensure in Tennessee, board certified/board eligible in adult psychiatry
• Certification in child and adolescent psychiatry if applicable
• Experience in supervising nurse practitioner staff
