About the role
This is an opportunity for a psychiatrist who values thoughtful, patient-centered care and wants to practice in a collaborative environment without the demands of inpatient psychiatry, high-volume clinics, or on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and clinical assessments
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions using evidence-based practices
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychologists, neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare providers
- Provide clinical expertise within an integrated care model
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active and unrestricted California medical license
- Active DEA registration
- Outpatient psychiatry experience
Qualifications
- Required: MD or DO degree, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN), Active and unrestricted California medical license, Active DEA registration, Outpatient psychiatry experience
- PREFERRED: Experience treating traumarelated disorders, chronic pain, or medically complex patients, Workers’ Compensation experience, Experience in integrated behavioral health, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary care settings
