Psychiatrist
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides psychiatric evaluations and follow-up from patients in a way that conforms to expectations derived from current clinical consensus superimposed on the standard of care.
- Manages clinical data in a manner that enhances patient care and conforms to professional standards, including communication with other healthcare providers.
- Solves problems around clinical and organizational issues with staff and peers in a productive manner.
- Provides leadership in managing psychiatric emergencies.
- Responds to patient and staff questions in a timely and helpful manner.
- Attends annual medical staff meeting, quarterly medical staff meetings and other clinical meetings as required.
- Consistently meets productivity expectations of minimum.
- Supervises staff assigned under their leadership.
- Complies with annual KPI evaluations and Catalytic Coaching.
Qualifications
- Education Level: MD Degree required.
- Years Of Experience: Relevant experience required.
- Certification/Licensure: Medical licensure in the State of Tennessee. Board certified/board eligible in adult psychiatry unless long-standing exception. Board certified/board eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry if hired to provide specialty service to children and adolescents.
Pay
$212,300.00--$318,400.00
