About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Psychiatrist (adult or child & adolescent) to join the team of a leader in the healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Administer medication management and therapy
• Collaborate with mid-level providers for patient care
• Utilize digital technology in treatment delivery

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in one or more US states with an unencumbered DEA
• Board Eligible/Certified in Psychiatry (BE/BC)
• Experience in both medication management and therapy
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
• Commitment to outpatient care only

Compensation

$360,000 – $410,000 annually
