About the role

The Department of Psychiatry at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM) is seeking Addiction Psychiatrists to join its faculty. The department is expanding its care for a diverse, underserved patient population facing behavioral health and often co-occurring physical health conditions. This is an opportunity to become a member of a growing academic department with a range of clinical opportunities and potential for research/educational contributions.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree
  • Board eligible/certified in Psychiatry
  • Experience in Addiction Psychiatry is desired
  • Preference for board-eligible/certified in Addiction Psychiatry or ABMS/ABPM in Addiction Medicine

Compensation

Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM) offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and the departmental budget.
