Full-time, exempt position within Psychiatric Services at the Med Clinic.
About the role
The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for assigned patients, and delivers services to selected Network180 service providers.
This position is 32 hours a week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. On-call emergency psychiatric coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays per arranged schedule.

- Provide on-call emergency psychiatric coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Michigan as a Physician with a valid DEA license.
- Medical Degree with an active, unencumbered license.
- Ability to be paneled by all insurance carriers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and bridge language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
- Adherence to Network180 policies resulting from HIPAA privacy rules regarding individually identifiable health information.
- Lived experiences with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders valued.
