About the role

The Health Coach will work closely with clients to develop personalized wellness plans, provide support and guidance, and motivate individuals towards achieving their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for clients
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients
• Conduct intake assessments and progress evaluations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (health science, psychology, etc.)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in health coaching
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
