Psychiatric Unit RN

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients with acute psychiatric conditions
• Administer medications and respond to crises using de-escalation and safety protocols
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered mental health nursing care
