The Psychiatric Technician II ensures the safety and well-being of residents in the Residential Program, with a focus on therapy and personal development. Responsibilities
- Lead psycho-educational groups to foster peer interaction, problem-solving, and treatment goal achievement.
- Assist residents in building life skills for independent living.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements.
- Support residents with household tasks and teach essential daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, time management).
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Contribute to a therapeutic environment that encourages personal growth, with opportunities for advancement within the program.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human service field required. Minimum one year experience in a related field, knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system required. Valid Driver’s License required. All Clearances required by OMHSAS.

Pay
Earn $19.99/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
