Psychiatric Specialist
About the Role
Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care for psychiatric inpatients, observing patients and assisting with activities of daily living while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role is part of a 24-bed inpatient behavioral health unit at Mount Pleasant at Sinai Hospital, which focuses on short-term psychiatric crisis stabilization, including group therapy, medication management, and full aftercare planning.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care for psychiatric inpatients.
- Observe patients and assist with activities of daily living.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses and clinicians skilled in crisis intervention.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Pay
$20.00 to $27.29 per hour, based on experience.
