Responsible for providing psychiatric rehabilitation services to clients in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to supervising professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
