Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program Social Worker LCSW-C or LCPC

About the role

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with partial hospital experience to work in our Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program. Will work full-time 80 hours bi-weekly (five 8-hour days each week).

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual, group, and family therapy in a fast-paced Adult Partial Hospitalization Program utilizing DBT and CBT skills.
• Provides direct crisis intervention services to neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations and their families.
• Serves as a psychiatric consultant and educator in the Emergency Department, Behavioral Health Unit, or Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Communicates with healthcare and community professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Functions within the limits of the hospital, nursing, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Supports and incorporates into job performance the Frederick Health mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy, adhering to the Frederick Health Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the Frederick Health Standards of Behavior.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical skills related to social work and counseling.
• Experience in psychiatric clinical settings, with preference for outpatient experience.
• Knowledge and skills in providing appropriate care/contact for patients in neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of five years of psychiatric clinical experience.

Pay

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. If the position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-exempt positions may have shift differential and/or overtime pay, if applicable. Hourly range: $36.63 - $52.65.
