About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented psychiatrists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a PMHNP at LifeStance Health, you will be a critical part of our clinical team, providing outpatient care with a strong work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services in a hybrid model (on-site and telehealth)
- Set your own schedule with flexible full-time and part-time options (20+ hours per week)
- Work in a 100% outpatient setting with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends
Requirements
- Fully licensed as a PMHNP in Wisconsin
- At least 1 year of prescribing experience as a licensed PMHNP in an outpatient setting
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations

Pay
$218,000 to $280,000 (full-time), based on productivity.
