Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Arlington, TX

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater DFW market who can partner with us to achieve our mission of transforming mental health.

Responsibilities

• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth, or a 4-day work week option
• Part of an integrated care team with a Psychiatrist and Mental Health Therapist
• Partner with the team to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy
• Use an EMR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
• See a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Texas
• One year of professional work experience for Psych PA’s
• Active DEA license
• Passion for high quality care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system
• The desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Qualifications

• Over one year of professional work experience working in an Advance Practice Provider role, or from an outpatient work setting
