Role: Registered Nurse providing compassionate, evidence-based care to behavioral health patients. Responsibilities Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans.Administer medications and monitor patient progress.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.Support patients and families through education and therapeutic communication.Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment. Qualifications & Skills Current New Hampshire RN licensure.Behavioral health nursing experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, patient-focused setting.
