About the Role

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in the Greater Salt Lake City area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We are hiring for all Utah locations including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, with more offices opening in 2027.

Compensation

Compensation range from $195k-$251k (compensation model based on productivity).

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP). We do not accept FNPs.
  • Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP
  • Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
  • Must have or be able to obtain DEA
  • Prefer Child and Adolescent focused
  • Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, Spanish speaking
