Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle interventions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, health coaches, and behavioral health professionals to support integrated, whole-person care.
• Educate and empower patients on mental health, wellness strategies, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR (NextGen).
• Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• We are currently looking for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure seamless collaboration with our team.
• Active Oregon license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification as a PMHNP is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interest in functional, lifestyle, and integrative approaches to mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (NextGen experience preferred).
