Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning through telehealth and onsite services at our partner adult day care centers and community-based locations throughout Brooklyn. You'll collaborate with therapists, social workers, and consulting psychiatrists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Compensation Initial Psychiatric Evaluations $60-90 per visit Follow-Up Medication Management Visits $40-60 per visit Compensation is based on experience, credentials, qualifications, language proficiency, patient volume, and clinical expertise.
