Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
About the role
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN).
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
- Provide interventional treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
Requirements
- Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field and must be licensed and board certified in the state where the clinic is located. A background in psychiatric mental health is required, with experience in an outpatient setting and working with clients across the lifespan preferred.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in electronic health record systems are essential.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
