About the role
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN). Our team places high value on the expertise of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, who work collaboratively across disciplines and appreciate the partnership of in-house therapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
- Provide interventional treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
Requirements
- Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state where the clinic is located.
- Current certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych).
- Experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
