Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
About the role
Possessing a license in one or more US states as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and expertise in both medication management and therapy, is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy as necessary.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a PMHNP in one or more US states.
- Experience in adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Proven skills in medication management and psychotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on psychiatric mental health.
- ACNM certification preferred.
- Experience with digital health technologies.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health.

$238,000+ based on productivity, with a signing bonus and above-market compensation.
